I got my first camera at age 13, but always thought that I would be a graphic designer. While in college studying graphic design and creating every day using all kinds of art medium, it turned out that my photography classes inspired me the most.

My passion is for photo composition—knowing the best combination of people, personalities, and location. Managing a photography studio taught me that I have gut instinct for clicking the shutter at exactly the right moment. I call this Capturing Life.

Capturing life means exactly that—I immerse myself in the experience with my clients, soaking up their energy and finding a personal connection with the location they choose. Why do I prefer on-location photography? Because a person comes alive as their most authentic self out in the world they love, and that is the person I want to photograph!
