I met Dana at a women’s networking group that we both belong to, called FemCity Rochester. Though financial planning isn’t exactly considered the most exciting thing to talk about, Dana’s smile and passion for what she does, makes it as exciting as it gets!

Dana Calcagno-Wilkins founded Evolution Financial Planning to introduce her client-focused and woman-empowering brand of financial advising to the Rochester, New York market. Dana focuses on helping identify individual needs, and provides creative strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.

Additionally, Dana Calcagno-Wilkins is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™), trained by the Durham, North Carolina-based Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™. Dana advises her clientson how to achieve financial confidence during and after marital transitions. By acting as the finance professional on divorce cases, Dana educates her clients on the short and long term financial implications of divorce settlement options.

A Rochester native, Dana has long been a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and is an active member of their Team In Training, an elite athletic endurance charity program. She is also active in women’s business organizations, including FemCity Rochester, where she currently serves as Vice President.

Talk about amazing! Dana does it all and is the perfect person to feature on International Women’s day.

That said, here are just a few other phenominal women in my life who are making a difference, today and EVERY day!
